Cuisine
Our Stowe resorts for an AMN Congress offer gastronomic delight. Four-star restaurant chefs routinely participate in “farm-to-table” programs, managing the cultivation, harvest, and cooking of locally-grown organic foods. Vermont’s fresh farm products are renowned for quality, whether its prized organic maple syrup or goat cheese, recently rated the best in the world. Whether trying healthy, hearty entrèes or sinfully rich desserts, Stowe resorts demonstrate a wide range of culinary skills. For AMN Congress guests, resort chefs will prepare a “dinearound” experience during one evening of the program.
